New finishing machine for BVS 30x60
In December 2023, we put a new multi-colour finishing machine for vinotwist BVS 30x60 into operation. The screen-printing unit was purchased externally and, by constructing and adding a wide range of different components,
- spray painting unit
- screen printing station
- curing ovens
- conveyor stations
- control units
- and much more,
our in-house experts at BT-Watzke GmbH were able to realise a production machine with a wide range of decoration options.
In addition to the multi-coloured side and head printing options, depending on the design, up to 6 colours can be applied to the side, and 4 colours or a raised head embossing (coloured/uncoloured) can be applied to the head. Finally, a protective coating can also be applied. This wide range of options allows designers and agencies to be even more creative when finishing the vinotwist BVS and create an eye-catcher on the shelf.
